We source our developers all over the world. We focus primarily in regions where opportunities are scarce.
Can the developers speak English?
Let's address some bias off the bat. 100% of our developers are native English speakers with Computer Science degrees.
Can the developers work in my Time Zone?
If you are in Europe there is a 100% overlap. If you are in East Coast USA there is a 6-8 hour overlap. If you are in West Coast USA there is a 3-6 hour overlap.
Can I consider the Dev my Employee?
Yes. Consider the Dev as your employee and RocketDevs as HR. We take care of all the logistics, so you can focus on building.
What if I am not satisfied with my Dev?
We have a 14-day money back refund policy that we honor 100% of the time. We are also happy to find you another dev in any scenario.
Are these developers full-time, just on my project?
Yes.
Does my startup or business qualify to use RocketDevs?
To qualify for RocketDevs, your business must meet the following criteria:
- • Have fewer than 10 employees.
- • Be based in the U.S. or Europe. We do make exceptions here, just email us.
- • If a startup, it must not have received venture capital funding beyond the seed round.
If your business meets these requirements, you are eligible to use RocketDevs.
