Our pass rate for screening developers is currently around 5%. RocketDevs employs a comprehensive 6-8 hour screening process that assesses technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for remote work.
Can I see the assessment results of developers?
Yes, RocketDevs provides a deep developer profile that offers complete transparency in the evaluation process, including detailed assessment results and even video recordings of algorithms and system design. You can also see weaknesses/questions the Developer got wrong.
How is hiring through RocketDevs no-risk?
RocketDevs offers a 2-week trial period for all developers. If you are not satisfied with the developer, you can cancel the contract and we will go out of pocket for the cost of the developer. If the developer leaves for any reason, we will replace the developer at no additional cost.
