2024 Global Workforce Innovation Summit App I built the official mobile application for the 2024 Global Workforce Innovation Summit, held at Hilton London Canary Wharf, United Kingdom. The app, developed with Flutter and powered by a secure REST API backend, enabled seamless event participation by providing real-time schedules, speaker profiles, session booking, live updates, and push notifications. My role covered end-to-end development, UI/UX implementation, and deployment to the App Store and Play Store, ensuring attendees had a smooth digital experience throughout the summit.

Ventpods is Africa’s first peer-to-peer support social network for people struggling with mental health challenges. I managed the project end-to-end, combining leadership with hands-on development to bring the vision to life. I led the engineering effort with Flutter for cross-platform mobile apps, integrating with a MongoDB REST API backend for scalable data handling. Key features included real-time audio rooms, live chat, event scheduling, push notifications, and user profile management. I worked closely with designers and stakeholders to refine user flows, while also managing timelines, code reviews, and deployments. The project launched successfully, delivering a reliable, community-driven audio platform that expanded Ventpods’ reach and provided users with engaging and interactive experiences.

I led the end-to-end development and launch of Capfields Evolve, a commerce platform comprising three mobile applications — User, Shopper, and Delivery — delivered within one year. My role spanned both project management and technical execution, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, designers, and developers, while keeping the project on track for timely delivery. On the engineering side, I built the apps using Flutter and integrated them with a standard MongoDB REST API backend, enabling robust data management, order processing, and scalability. Key features included real-time order tracking with Google Maps, dynamic linking, secure authentication, in-app payments, and push notifications. I also set up CI/CD pipelines, maintained version control with GitHub, and mentored junior developers to align with best practices. The project successfully launched all three apps, providing Capfields with a unified ecosystem for users, shoppers, and delivery partners, and driving adoption and business growth.
