The public portal enables students and registered education agents to explore programs, submit applications, and track progress. The private portal is used by university staff to review applications, manage interviews, conduct evaluations, and complete applicant onboarding. Integrated agent profile management, allowing authorized agents to manage applicants, submit applications on behalf of students, and monitor application statuses. The platform also serves as a complete onboarding and assessment solution, featuring integration with question banks (e.g., Moodle) for entrance tests and Zoom-based interview scheduling and evaluation, enabling seamless academic assessments and remote interviews within the admissions workflow.

EduApply — University Application Platform (Production)

The system features an admin dashboard for universities where administrators can create and manage available courses, define eligibility criteria, set application requirements, and track incoming applications in real time. Universities can review applications, manage statuses, and communicate decisions efficiently from a centralized interface. A public portal allows students to browse universities and courses, review eligibility criteria, and submit applications directly online.
