I led the delivery of the Coal Reserves Determination (CRD) system for the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), replacing a legacy mainframe application with a modern, fully integrated COTS‑based geological modeling and reserves‑calculation platform. The goal was to enable accurate coal‑reserve calculations across Alberta townships, incorporate geological and mining‑engineering parameters, and introduce 3‑D subsurface visualization — capabilities the legacy system could not support. The project followed a stage‑gate delivery model. I managed end‑to‑end execution: requirements discovery with geology SMEs, architecture alignment, vendor evaluation (RFI/RFP), and full implementation with the selected COTS provider. I coordinated the work of the Business Analyst, Solution Architect, vendor development team, and internal IT integration teams. I also established the Steering Committee, managed stakeholder expectations, and ensured alignment across business, technical, and regulatory groups. During execution, I oversaw solution design, configuration, integration, data preparation, and the creation of a 3‑tier Operational Support Model. I led multiple rounds of UAT based on defined acceptance criteria, managed risks and dependencies, and ensured the system met all functional, performance, and visualization requirements. The project was delivered successfully, meeting the Go‑Live milestone and enabling AER’s Coal Reserves group to retire the legacy system and adopt a significantly more capable and efficient solution.
SAP–LinkOne Integration for Order Management - Maintenance Materials Identification, Suncor Energy. I led the delivery of an enterprise initiative to streamline how maintenance teams identify and select materials for equipment repairs within SAP. The existing process required four manual steps, relied heavily on interpreting OEM assembly drawings, and often resulted in errors and delays. SAP BOMs were recognized as the formal tactic, but they were impractical for complex assemblies, creating inefficiencies across Work Management functions. The project introduced an integrated interface between SAP and the LinkOne parts‑catalogue platform, enabling maintainers to identify required materials in a single step. I managed end‑to‑end delivery: requirements discovery with maintenance SMEs, vendor coordination, integration design, testing cycles, and change‑management planning for field adoption. I also aligned IT, maintenance engineering, and supply‑chain stakeholders to ensure operational readiness. The solution significantly improved accuracy and reduced time spent identifying parts, with an estimated $2M in efficiency savings in the first year after implementation.

Led the end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑team initiative integrating several enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, and cloud data services) into a unified workflow automation platform. Oversaw discovery, requirements definition, architecture alignment, sprint planning, and cross‑functional execution across engineering, QA, and client stakeholders.
