CRM Platform Modernization on AWS
Led the modernization of a CRM platform by designing and implementing cloud infrastructure on AWS, moving the environment from legacy EC2-based hosting toward a more scalable Kubernetes architecture on Amazon EKS. Built the platform with Terraform, strengthened traffic handling and availability, and embedded security across infrastructure, deployment, and access layers. Also optimized the pre-existing EC2 environment for better performance and cost efficiency before and during the migration journey. I also built and improved CI/CD pipelines, centralized logging, monitoring, and caching for production CRM workloads to make releases more reliable and operations easier to manage. This work improved observability, incident response readiness, and production stability while supporting smoother deployments and better operational control across AWS-based environments.
