Java / Spring boot based microservices application which handles the consents acknowledgements storage and retrieval. Handled the creation of AWS infrastructure using AWS EKS, S3, VPC, DocumentDB using Terraform. Created end to end CI/CD pipelines for the application using Gitlab CI, Bash Scripting, Helm charts and Python. The complete pipeline used to handle the feature branch merges and automatic deployments to 3 environments and also included SAST and DAST.Created and managed the Observability of the application using Prometheus and Grafana deployed on the clusters which used to collect custom metrics from the microservices.
Had to modernize the infrastructure and deployment pipelines for Java/Selenium based robots running on VMs. Had to create AWS EKS clusters, VPC, S3 and RDS for two environments using Terraform and Terragrunt. Then create a common Docker image which had all the base requirements to run the Robots which will be then used by each of the forty three robots' Dockerfiles. Then created the new deployment CI and CD pipelines which will deploy the robots on EKS cluster using Gitlab CI. Managed the migration of data from Oracle database to AWS RDS Aurora cluster using AWS Database Migration Service. Created common templates for the whole CI CD pipeline which can then be easily parameterized by the developers to include in their projects.
